FAQ and support

Do I need Pro to use Flowlex?

No. You can fund your wallet, choose a preset strategy, open a position, claim fees, rebalance using presets, and close through the ordinary app experience. Pro adds pool selection, custom ranges, and advanced research controls.

Who owns my wallet and positions?

Your Safe smart account owns the LP-position NFT and holds assets that are not deployed in a position. Your embedded or connected wallet supplies the signer for the Safe. The tokens supplied as liquidity are in the underlying Uniswap pool. Read Wallets and ownership for how Privy and Safe fit together, including account access and contract permissions.

Where can I check the contracts used on Base?

Use the Contracts on Base reference and its explorer links. Transaction lifecycle explains how those contracts participate in opening, claiming, rebalancing, and closing a position.

Is money in my wallet already earning fees?

No. An available wallet balance is separate from a liquidity position. You choose an amount and confirm a deposit to open a position. Getting started explains the steps.

Do presets manage my range automatically?

For the positions described in this guide, you choose and confirm management actions. A preset sets the range approach. It does not move the range automatically when the price changes.

My position is out of range. Are the assets gone?

No. The liquidity is held in one of the pool's assets and stops earning new trading fees while outside the range. Its value can still change. Read Strategies and price ranges.

Is the displayed APR my profit?

No. APR is an annualized indication of fee income or an illustrative estimate. It is not your total profit and does not guarantee a future result. Token prices, position composition, and costs also matter. See Calculator and estimates.

Does claiming fees close the position?

No. Claim collects accrued trading fees while keeping the position open. Close position removes liquidity and returns the proceeds to your smart account. Sending those assets to another wallet is a separate action.

Why can I see a pool in the calculator but not deposit into it?

The Pro calculator includes research pools. Only the eligible pools shown in the deposit flow can be used to open positions through Flowlex.

Why can I not see Pro in Settings?

Pro is available only in supported app versions. If Settings → Pro version is missing, that version does not expose Pro controls.

Does sponsored gas mean there are no costs?

No. Flowlex service fees are currently 0%, and gas sponsorship covers the network fee for supported actions when available. Swap fees, price impact, slippage, and bridge costs are separate. See Fees and costs.

A transaction is pending or my balance has not updated. What should I do?

Check the transaction or bridge progress screen and the transaction history. A cross-network deposit includes more than one step, and displayed balances may refresh after confirmation. Check the recorded status before submitting the same action again. Contact support if it remains unclear.

Where can I change settings or get help?

Open Settings for the account, language, theme, and notification options available in your app version. Use the official Flowlex support bot for help. A transaction hash can help identify an on-chain action; never share a private key or recovery phrase.

The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are available on the Flowlex website.
